Who am I?

I’m a family doctor with two years of experience in both outpatient and inpatient family medicine. In the outpatient setting, I have experience providing longitudinal care to a panel of 500 patients, managing walk-in cases as well as providing menopause care. In the hospital setting, I work in the short-stay unit of the emergency department where I manage hospitalized patients with a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate care with specialists. I’m interested in using technology to provide more accessible high-quality care.

What am I looking for?

I am looking for opportunities in San Francisco to collaborate with like-minded individuals to create technological tools for clinicians and patients. I love reflecting deeply about problems in healthcare and thinking about more efficient solutions.

Why do I want to do this?

I’ve always believed that if you’re unhappy with a situation, you should do everything possible to try to change it. Patients and physicians deserve more than fragmented care squeezed into 15-minute appointments. There are limitations to the impact of an individual doctor, particularly within a dysfunctional system. Early in my career, I understood that healthcare needed a revolution and that technology could be part of the solution.

Where do I think technology could be most useful?
