Lab Title: MAC Address Learning

📌 Objective

To demonstrate how switches learn MAC Address of connected devices.

Tools Used

• Cisco Packet Tracer.
• CLI Commands (enable, ping, show mac address-table).

Lab Topology

This is the chosen lab topology so that I can easily demonstrate how the switch learns MAC addresses from all 4 devices.

I first configured PC devices with static IPs.

As you can see below, the switch does not know any MAC address even though PCs are connected to it.

For the switch to learn MAC addresses I pinged all devices among each other
