By booking services with Lenz Work, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Deposits & Payment

• All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time.
• The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the shoot, UPON ARRIVAL. No exceptions.

2. Late Policy

• A 15-minute grace period is provided.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled start time will be subject to a late fee.
• Arrivals 30 minutes or more late will require the session to be rescheduled. The original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another date.
• Late arrival does not guarantee that the session can be extended beyond the originally scheduled end time.

3. Reshoots

No complimentary reshoots are provided. If the Client is unhappy with poses, performance, appearance, wardrobe, location, or other circumstances outside of Lenz Work’s control, a new session must be booked and a new deposit paid.

4. Editing & Alterations

Lenz Work’s editing style is part of the service being purchased. Clients should not apply filters, presets, retouching, AI alterations, additional color grading, or other edits to delivered work, as these changes may affect the quality and misrepresent Lenz Work’s final product. In the case that client takes it upon themselves to “touch up” or alter any edits, it is officially NOT work of Lenz Work’s and should not claim or associate Lenz Work’s brand with the photo.
