• I want to receive feedback to keep improving and help with technical decisions.
• Guidance on my work and projects
• To me, it's important that a team leader knows well the project direction and ensures that the team follows it. Also, it is important to me that my team leader is open to talk about anything whether it is task management related, technical related, or even personal. I also expect my team leader to be honest, meaning to tell me when the work done is good, but also when it is not good enough.

• As can attest to the skills rating of my team leader, I hardly find an area of improvement for my team leader at the moment. I think they adapted well to the role and found the right balance for it.
