Deliver a Library MVP: Takeout library → BigQuery raw → Spotify enrichment (genres) → dbt models + tests → Power BI dashboard.

Enable fast answers to:

• “What’s in my library?” (volume, top artists/albums)
• “What genres dominate my library?” (genre + sub-genre)
• “How searchable / complete is my metadata?” (match rate, missing fields)
