LIGHTING MISSION

Lighting should reveal and support what matters in the moment. Beauty, creativity and atmosphere serve the worship experience—they should never become visual noise or call attention to themselves without purpose.

1. VISIBILITY - People who need to be seen are clearly and naturally lit.
2. STORY - Support and follow the moment without distractions
3. BROADCAST - Looks complement the cameras and translate well online.
4. SUBTLETY - Changes feel intentional and natural rather than distracting.

TIMING & CUE EXECUTION

A Lighting Operator does not need to know how to program every cue before learning to run a service well. The first skill is learning when to make the change.
