Links ("App," "Platform," "Service," or "we," "us," "our") is owned and operated by Links Golf, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida ("Company"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs your access to and use of the Links mobile application, website, and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE SERVICE AND DELETE THE APPLICATION FROM YOUR DEVICE.

This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and the Company. Your continued use of the Service following any modification to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

• Golf Profile Data: Handicap index, home golf course(s), playing style preferences, skill level, availability schedule, preferred tee times, equipment preferences, match format preferences, and scorecard history.
• Communications Data: Messages, group chat content, posts, comments, reviews, and any other content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.
• Third-Party Account Links: Information from connected third-party platforms including 18Birdies, The Grint, GolfNow, or Chronogolf, subject to the privacy policies of those platforms.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Precise Geolocation Data: With your express permission, we collect your real-time GPS coordinates to facilitate location-based matching, course discovery, and open round coordination.
• Device Information: Device identifiers, operating system and version, device model, browser type, IP address, mobile network information, and time zone settings.
• Usage Data: Features accessed, pages visited, swipe patterns, match activity, session duration, crash reports, and diagnostic data.
