Liwa helps you know what to expect before you arrive at an event — venue policies, weather, and how to get there. This policy explains, plainly, what Liwa does and doesn't do with your information.
The short version: Liwa doesn't have accounts, doesn't ask who you are, and doesn't sell or share your data. It's built to help you, not to track you.
Weather (Apple WeatherKit). To show the forecast for your event, Liwa requests the weather for the venue's location through Apple's WeatherKit service. This is used only to display the forecast and is handled under Apple's own privacy terms. Liwa does not store your location.
Anonymous, aggregate usage analytics. Liwa may collect anonymous, aggregate information about how the app is used — for example, which features are opened, or what search terms return no result — so we can improve it. This information is not tied to your identity, contains no personal data, and is never used for advertising or tracking. We count events, never people.
On-device processing. Where Liwa uses on-device intelligence to help answer questions about venue policies, that processing happens on your device. It is used only to match your question to verified policy information already in the app.
Your preferences — like which event night you selected or your saved starting point for transit — are stored on your device only. They are not uploaded, not shared, and not linked to any account.
Liwa is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
