Lowtown is the southern half of New City where middle class to lower class citizens make ends meet. Lowtown is full of multi-family housing, co-ops, and community gardens. Most buildings haven’t been renovated since the turn of the century, but neighborhoods hold themselves accountable and maintain a semblance of peace.
Affectionately nicknamed the “New Mam”, this ancient cathedral was one of the only buildings not reduced to rubble or ruins after the Mage War. It was immediately preserved and stands as a testament to faith, no matter where that faith is placed. This museum was one of the earliest recorded movements of post-war cohabitation and cooperation between witchfolk and the unfamiliars. All communities rallied around the rebuilding of this structure and in doing so, built a testament to the wonders that came before the war, and the magick that had previously gone unseen. The Newsonian is also known as the “Heart of The City”.

A secret underground fighting ring for magickal combat, betting, and honorable fighting. Though the fighters in the Coffers are viewed as gladiators, they’re actually well taken care of with healing potions between each match, and good pay.
