Common Issues

Premium access not showing

If you already purchased Premium and it does not appear active, open Luna Fast and try restoring purchases from the paywall or premium area.

Cycle phase looks incorrect

Luna Fast estimates your cycle phase based on the last period start date, average cycle length, and period length you entered. You can update these details from Settings or Health Profile. Cycle predictions are estimates and may not reflect your actual cycle.

Daily check-in not saving

If a daily check-in does not appear to save, close and reopen the app, then try again. If the problem continues, contact support and include the date of the check-in and what values you tried to save.
