License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NuiNui for personal or commercial projects.

Allowed

• Use the tool to merge hair, clothing, and other compatible assets on avatars you create or own.
• Modify the merged output (prefab, mesh, material, atlas textures) for your own use.
• Share the tool only with others who have legitimately purchased it.
• Redistribute the merged output, provided you have the right to redistribute each original asset used as input.

Prohibited

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share this tool to non-purchasers.
• Share download links, files, or partial copies of this tool to non-purchasers.
• Modify, edit, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble this tool or its files.
• Reproduce, reprint, or copy this tool without permission.
• Use this tool as the primary value of a product that competes with NuiNui.
• Remove or alter copyright notices.

Redistribution of Merged Output

NuiNui only merges assets. Whether you may redistribute or sell the merged result depends on the license terms of each original asset creator. Always confirm the original creator’s terms before redistributing or selling any merged output.
