By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

1. ELIGIBILITY. The Mercury Portola 2026 Ticket Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to natural persons who, as of the date of entry and, if selected as a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment: (a) are legal residents of the State of California; (b) are 21 years of age or older; and (c) have a valid email address.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Mercury Technologies, Inc. ("Sponsor") and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotional, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related) of any such person, are not eligible.

Eligibility determinations will be made by Sponsor in its discretion and are final and binding. Void outside the State of California and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for compliance with any applicable employer, agency, or organizational gift-acceptance policy; any entrant prohibited from accepting a prize of this value under such a policy should not enter.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Luma, Portola Music Festival, AEG, Goldenvoice, Pier 80, or any artist appearing at the festival. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. HOW TO ENTER. The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins on the date these Official Rules are posted and continues through 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, September 10, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). No purchase is necessary. To enter, during the Entry Period, visit https://luma.com/mercury-portola-2026 (the "Website") and complete and submit the free registration form, providing all information requested, including your name and a valid email address.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries submitted by any person or email address in excess of this limit will be void. Entry times will be determined using Sponsor's computer, which is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

All entries must be submitted by the entrant personally. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, entries submitted by any third party or agent, and entries using multiple or false identities, email addresses, or accounts are void and will result in disqualification. Normal rates and data charges, if any, charged by the entrant's internet or mobile service provider will apply.

All entries are subject to verification at any time. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt or entry. Sponsor will have the right, in its discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor (including government-issued photo identification); failure to provide such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification.

Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or for any technical malfunction, human error, or network, hardware, software, or internet failure that may prevent an entry from being received or recorded.

3. PRIZES. A total of twenty-five (25) prizes will be awarded:

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is based on a per-ticket face value of $269.95 (GA, Saturday) or $289.95 (GA, Sunday), and $459.95 (VIP, Saturday) or $439.95 (VIP, Sunday). The actual ARV of each prize depends on which day the winner selects. Total ARV of all prizes ranges from $18,597.50 to $19,597.50.

Portola Music Festival 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, 2026 at Pier 80, San Francisco, California. The prize includes the festival passes only. The prize does not include transportation to or from San Francisco or the venue, parking, lodging, meals, beverages, merchandise, gratuities, upgrades, on-site expenses, insurance, or any other cost or expense of any kind, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner and the winner's guest.

Each prize is awarded "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, or offered for resale. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or a portion of a prize) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All prize details not expressly specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. In no event will more prizes than stated in these Official Rules be awarded.

Prizes will be fulfilled electronically to the winner's verified email address, or by such other method as Sponsor determines. Winners must claim and, where applicable, accept transfer of their tickets by any deadline Sponsor communicates.

Attendance at the festival is subject to the festival's own terms, conditions, age policy, and code of conduct, including a strict 21-and-over admission requirement and presentation of valid government-issued photo identification. Any person under 21 will not be admitted, even if accompanied by an adult. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that the winner's guest satisfies all festival entry requirements.

Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not provide any refund, replacement, or compensation in the event of, any postponement, rescheduling, relocation, cancellation, capacity reduction, lineup change, artist cancellation, or interruption of the festival, or for any act of the festival's promoter or venue, regardless of cause. If the festival is cancelled or the prize otherwise cannot be fulfilled, Sponsor's sole obligation is to award a substitute prize of comparable value or, at Sponsor's discretion, no prize, and Sponsor will have no further liability. All expenses and costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the winner's responsibility. All federal, state, and local taxes on the value of a prize are the responsibility of the winner; an IRS Form 1099 will be issued if required by law.
