MEVBOTS allows participants to fund the development of the project’s MEV infrastructure and take part in DAO governance before the launch of the main token.

Seed Round runs from August 3, 2026, at 15:00 UTC to April 30, 2027, at 15:00 UTC.

No new contributions will be accepted after the round ends. Contributions are accepted in USDC. The minimum individual contribution is 100 USDC.

The seed token allocation rate is 1 USDC = 1 seedMEVBOTS. Participants receive an equivalent amount of seedMEVBOTS after contributing USDC.

Successful Round Conditions

The minimum total raise is 10,000 USDC. Seed Round is considered successful only if this amount is reached. Should the total amount raised remain below 10,000 USDC by the end of the Seed Round:

• the round will be cancelled
• the contributed funds will not be used by the project
• all participants will receive their USDC back

The maximum total raise is 10,000,000 USDC. Contributions will close once the maximum cap is reached.

Following a successful Seed Round, the raised funds will be allocated as follows:

• 80% development and deployment of MEV Searcher machines
• 10% DAO.Host infrastructure and services
• 10% marketing, community development, and project support

seedMEVBOTS is the governance token of the Seed Round. Until the TGE, seedMEVBOTS holders will participate in key project decisions through DAO voting.

These decisions may include:

• MEVBOTS development
• project governance
• the creation and modification of Units
• revenue distribution
