• Managed end-to-end manual testing for Web, Android, iOS, and E-commerce Back Office systems, covering inventory (SKU), product catalog, promotions, and order management functionalities.
• Spearheaded API and database validation using Postman and SQL, integrating rigorous regression and smoke testing into the biweekly Agile release cycle.
• Served as the primary QA escalation point for production issues, critical defects, and development blockers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and release readiness.
• Collaborated with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA team members during Sprint Planning by providing testing effort estimates, reviewing requirements, and supporting Go/No-Go deployment decisions.
