How do I create a new site report?

1. Open the app and tap Create New Report
2. Fill the Text Fields Like Job Name, Issue, Client Name and Address
3. Add photos, voice notes, or text descriptions for each site note
4. Tap Generate to let AI analyze and summarize
5. Preview and edit before exporting your PDF

Can I edit the AI-generated content?

Yes! You can edit all problem descriptions, solutions, and recommendations before saving or sharing the final PDF report.

Why is the AI not working?

Ensure your internet connection is active. The AI requires an online API to generate analysis. Also, ensure you’ve provided clear image or note content.

Where is my report saved?

PDFs are saved to your device’s Documents or App directory. You can also choose to share or email the PDF directly.
