This is permitted only during vacancies & if the plan selected on your PMA reflects this. We do not allow owner-performed maintenance on occupied units. We also ask that, if an owner is performing turn work during a vacancy, they either complete the entire turn or allow IHREPM to complete it in full. You will be sent a turn scope estimate for approval after your vacant unit is walked. You can review it and let us know your thoughts. Your project manager will be your point of contact during this time.
