Roles: Leader, Co-Leader, Member
- When you create a squad, you're the squad leader.
- Everyone who joins is a member by default.
- The leader can promote members to co-leader — co-leaders get the same admin controls as the leader. No limit on how many.
- Only the squad leader can promote or demote co-leaders. Co-leaders can't demote the leader.
Squad settings
Tap the settings button in the top-right corner of your home page to:
- Edit the squad name
- Set public (anyone can join, no code needed — public squads may be joinable when someone views your league and taps into your squad) or private (code or invite link required — no randoms)
- Change your university / fraternity affiliation
- View members — tap the three dots next to a name to promote or demote
- View or refresh your squad code if there's ever an issue
- Leave or delete the squad
Leaving a squad, removing members
- Members can leave a squad mid-season — their votes are removed when they go.
- Squad leaders can remove members at any time — their votes are removed too. Consider what that means for the person before you do it.
- One exception: if your squad is in a league with a minimum squad size, members can't leave mid-season if it would drop the squad below the requirement.
If the leader leaves
A leaving leader is prompted to hand off their spot first. If they don't, leadership passes automatically — to a co-leader if there is one, otherwise to the longest-standing member.
