Manager workflow
- Scroll down to the ‘ParkFit Marketing Planner’
- Click ‘+ New page’
- Hover over the Activity / Event Name in blank row cell that was just created
- Click Open on the right hand side of the cell, a side window will show up
- Where it says ‘New page’ - Click and type the event title (e.g. Harvest Hustle Pickleball Tournament)
- Respond to the fields starting at ‘Activity Type’ and ending on ‘Location’ by clicking on the ‘Empty’ fields
- EXAMPLE: Page name: Harvest Hustle
- Activity Type: Major Event/Tournament
- Activity Date: October 23, 2026 (turn on end date from the same drop-down menu that you enter the date into to add the end date, given that there will be numerous multi-day tournaments and multi-week leagues, etc.) For new recurring events or one-day events, simply enter the start date / event date.
- Assets/Links: Enter if applicable (for Harvest Hustle I added the pickleballtournaments.com link)
- Information/Details: Only necessary to fill out if there is no link provided.
- Call to Action: Good for clarity purposes. (Does this require front desk sign-up, member portal/app sign-up, emailing management, contacting a pro?)
- Location: North Park, Central Park, or both locations?
From there, the Lead Time field will show how many days in advance we ideally will begin marketing this activity, revealing the ideal Marketing Start Date. Tyler will begin to update the remaining fields with Marketing Status so you can check and see if marketing content production is: not started, in progress, or done. Tyler will check off completed marketing mediums as they are completed, such as newsletter, flyer, graphic, reel, website update, etc.
