What's a mascot?

Your mascot is your squad's identity across MESH — it shows up in the draft room, on matchup pages, and everywhere your squad competes. Mascots belong to the squad.

Getting mascots and gear

• Some mascots are choosable by default — pick one when you create your squad.
• Some are earned through challenges.
• Some are buyable with coins — see Challenges & Coins.
• Some we just give away. The terms for each item are made clear where you get it.

Customizing

Anyone on the squad can buy mascot items in the shop — animations, gear, and more. Items you buy persist in your personal library. Actually changing the squad's mascot is controlled by leaders and co-leaders, who can also grant that permission to individual members in the mascot locker — see Permissions: Who Can Do What.

Rarity

Mascots and animations carry rarity tiers: Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. You'll see an item's rarity marked wherever it appears.

The store, drops, and limited items

• The store rotates. Item listings show how long they're available before they disappear.
• We do seasonal drops, and some items are limited quantity — when they're gone, they're gone. Limited items may never return, and likely not again within the season. If you want it, get it.

Coins and refunds

Coins can be purchased with real money and earned through challenges. If there's ever an issue with a purchase, email [email protected] — refunds are handled case-by-case and we'll work with you.
