MathKeyboard (LaTeX) takes the protection of users’ personal information seriously and complies with the “Personal Information Protection Act” and Google Play Developer Policies. This Privacy Policy explains how the personal information provided by users when using the MathKeyboard (LaTeX) service is processed, including its purposes and methods.

Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing and Items Collected)

① The developer processes only the minimum information necessary to provide the app service, and the collected information will not be used for any purpose other than those listed below. ② This app may process the following information to provide the service and for monetization purposes (ads, subscriptions).

1. Keyboard input data (text and typing patterns)

• Purpose of Processing: Implementation of keyboard input functions, typo correction, and autocomplete suggestions
• Collection Method: Processed locally within the app; not transmitted to or stored on external servers.

1. Subscription and payment information (in-app purchases)

• Required items: Purchase history, subscription status, payment time, receipt ID
• Purpose of processing: Activation of premium subscription features, purchase verification, and refund processing
• Collection Method: Processed securely via the Google Play In-App Billing system; the developer does not directly collect or store users’ actual credit card numbers or bank account information.

1. Device Information and Advertising Data

• Required Information: Device model, OS version, Google Advertising ID (ADID), app error logs
• Purpose of Processing: Displaying in-app ads, troubleshooting errors, and improving app stability

Article 2 (Period of Processing and Retention of Personal Information)

① The developer processes only the information necessary for the duration of the user’s use of the app. ② This app does not store or retain users’ keyboard input on any separate external server, and all data temporarily stored on the device is immediately destroyed when the app is uninstalled.

Article 3 (Procedures and Methods for the Destruction of Personal Information)

If a user deletes the app or no longer uses the service, the data on the device is immediately deleted in a manner that makes it irrecoverable.
