Melly (the “Stomach Recovery Assistant,” hereinafter the “App”) is developed and provided by an individual developer (hereinafter “we” or “us”). We take your privacy very seriously. This policy explains what data the App handles, how it is handled, and the rights you have.

1. Overview

Melly is a personal record-keeping tool that helps users recovering from gastritis, H. pylori eradication therapy, or gastroesophageal reflux to record information about their meals, medications, symptoms, sleep, activities, and treatment courses.

All data in the App is stored only on your local device. It is never uploaded to any server and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. We have no ability to access, view, or obtain any content you enter into the App.

2. Data We Handle

While using the App, you may choose to enter the following types of records, all of which are stored in a local database on your device:

• Symptom records: discomfort level, time of occurrence, text description.
• Meal records: meal period, fullness level, food items, notes, and time.
• Sleep records: time you fell asleep and woke up, sleep posture, discomfort level, nighttime wake-up times, description.
• Medication and supplement records: item name, category, time taken.
• Activity and exercise records: exercise type, notes, time.
• Treatment prescription records: treatment start date, number of treatment days, medication list, and notes such as the doctor’s instructions.

Some of the above content may constitute health-related sensitive data. Whether to enter such data is entirely your own decision.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• The App does not require account registration and does not ask you to provide your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information.
• The App does not collect device identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, or any other device data.
• The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
