This Membership Value-Added Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between users purchasing Plant Master membership services and Mood Tarot.

This Agreement applies when users register accounts, make payments or recharges, and use Plant Master value-added services. Therefore, before registering a Plant Master account, making payments or recharges, or using any value-added services provided by Mood Tarot, please carefully read all contents of this Agreement. Users who purchase Plant Master value-added services must understand and agree to the following terms before completing payment and enjoying the related services.

Regardless of whether you carefully read this Agreement, by checking “Agree,” clicking confirmation, or actually using Plant Master value-added services, you acknowledge that you have accepted this Agreement and all related service rules and policies published by Mood Tarot. In the event of any dispute, you may not claim that you did not carefully read the Agreement as a defense.

I. Definitions

1. Plant Master Value-Added Service User

   Refers to individuals or entities that recharge accounts or pay service fees directly to Plant Master and use Plant Master value-added services. In this Agreement, such users may also be referred to as “you,” “Party A,” or “User.”

2. Value-Added Services

   Refers to membership and premium services provided by Plant Master after payment or recharge, including but not limited to membership features and related premium functions.

3. Official Channels

   Refers to payment and recharge channels officially provided by Mood Tarot, including online payment channels within the platform and legally authorized recharge channels supported by valid invoices or agreements.

II. Composition, Modification, and Effectiveness of the Agreement

1. All service agreements, rules, operational guidelines, audit standards, help documents, and explanations related to value-added services published by Plant Master constitute an integral part of this Agreement. This Agreement also forms part of the Plant Master User Agreement.
2. Before using Plant Master value-added services, users shall carefully read all terms of this Agreement. By checking “Agree” or clicking confirmation, you are deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
3. Plant Master reserves the right to review all qualifications and information submitted by users. If false information is submitted or if promotional content violates applicable laws or platform rules, Plant Master reserves the right to refuse service.
4. Plant Master may revise this Agreement or related rules from time to time in accordance with legal requirements or business needs. Revised agreements will be published on the platform, and continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

III. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

2. Users shall provide authentic, accurate, lawful, and valid information and materials, including but not limited to identity documents, licenses, and certificates.
3. Users shall ensure that their activities, content, and transactions conducted through Plant Master comply with applicable laws and regulations.
