This Membership Value-Added Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between users who purchase AImini Music Generation value-added services and AImini Music Generation.
This Agreement constitutes the general terms applicable when users register an account, recharge, make payments, and use AImini Music Generation value-added services. Therefore, before registering a AImini Music Generation account, recharging, making payments, or accepting the related services provided by AImini Music Generation, please read all contents of this Agreement carefully. Users who purchase AImini Music Generation value-added services must understand and agree to the matters described in the following terms before completing recharge payments and enjoying the value-added services provided by AImini Music Generation.
Regardless of whether you actually read this Agreement carefully, by checking the consent box, clicking confirmation, or actually accepting any related value-added services provided by AImini Music Generation, you acknowledge that you have accepted this Agreement as well as all service agreements and service rules published by AImini Music Generation regarding value-added services (including but not limited to AImini Music Generation services), and agree to be bound by them. In the event of any dispute, you may not defend yourself on the grounds that you did not read this Agreement carefully.
1. AImini Music Generation Value-Added Service User
Refers to any entity or individual who meets the conditions stipulated in this Agreement, directly recharges a AImini Music Generation account or pays service fees to AImini Music Generation, and uses AImini Music Generation value-added services. Such users are also referred to in this Agreement as “You,” “Party A,” or “User.”
2. Value-Added Services
Refers to the membership services provided by AImini Music Generation after recharge and payment (also referred to as the “Services” or “Handheld Bullet Screen Value-Added Services”). Service contents include, but are not limited to, AImini Music Generation services.
3. Official AImini Music Generation Channels
Refers to channels provided by AImini Music Generation for recharge and payment, including online recharge channels available through AImini Music Generation, as well as channels through which users purchase recharge services directly from AImini Music Generation and can provide valid agreements, invoices, and other lawful supporting documents to complete account recharges.

All service agreements, service terms, operating rules, review rules, help documents, definitions, and other materials related to value-added services published on the AImini Music Generation website and user backend (collectively referred to herein as the “Rules”) constitute an integral part of this Agreement. AImini Music Generation provides value-added services in accordance with this Agreement and the relevant Rules.
This Agreement forms an integral part of the AImini Music Generation User Agreement. Matters not covered herein shall be governed by the AImini Music Generation User Agreement.

Before using or accepting AImini Music Generation value-added services, users shall carefully read all provisions of this Agreement. By checking the consent box or clicking confirmation, you are deemed to have accepted the contents of this Agreement and agreed to enter into it. If you do not agree with the provisions of this Agreement, you should immediately cease using the AImini Music Generation value-added services.

You acknowledge that AImini Music Generation has the right to review the qualifications and related materials you submit. You understand and agree that if the qualifications you submit are false, or if your promotional content violates applicable laws and regulations or the review rules of AImini Music Generation, AImini Music Generation shall have the right to refuse to provide services to you.

Handheld Bullet Screen reserves the right to formulate and amend this Agreement and/or relevant Rules from time to time in accordance with updates to laws and regulations or adjustments to products and service rules. Such amendments will be announced on the website.
