MindMinute ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles.

  1. Information we do NOT collect: The App has no account or login and does not directly collect personally identifying information such as your name, email, or phone number.

  2. Information stored on your device and iCloud: Your game progress, history, and settings are stored on your device and, when you are signed in to iCloud, synced to your own private iCloud (Apple CloudKit), so they are restored if you reinstall the App or switch devices. This data is stored only in your iCloud account; the developer cannot access or collect it. Deleting the App from a device does not necessarily remove data already synced to iCloud — you can delete it under your device's "iCloud Settings → Manage Account Storage."

  3. Game Center: We use Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Related data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

  4. Advertising: The App shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. On iOS we request tracking permission (ATT) and present a consent form where required. See Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

  5. Purchases: In-app purchases (Premium) are processed by the Apple App Store; the App does not receive your payment details.

  6. Children: The App is not directed primarily at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  7. No sale of data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  8. Your rights (GDPR/CCPA, etc.): Because the App's data is stored on your device, you can remove it by deleting the App. You can change ad tracking via your device settings or the consent form.
