First setup — about 20 minutes
In Vans · profitability, fill both vans’ start dates, monthly payment, insurance, other fixed costs, startup investment, and current mileage.
Add every regular dog to Clients & dogs. Set Regular, cadence (usually 4), last visit, preferred slot, price, and preferred van/groomer.
In Supplies, add the products each van cannot leave without and choose a reorder point.
In Maintenance, fill the next date or mileage for each starter check, then add tires, brakes, inspection, registration, and any grooming-equipment service.
Rule of thumb: one appointment row per visit, one cost row per receipt, and one supply row per item per van. That keeps the van comparison honest.
