• [ ] In Appointments, rename Groomer A/B/C to your team’s names.
• [ ] Add each regular dog, tick Regular, and enter cadence + usual slot.
• [ ] Count the starter supplies in each van; add anything else you never want to run out of.
• [ ] On each van, enter odometer, next service date/odometer, and setup cost.
• [ ] Backfill Van 2’s completed jobs and costs from its first five months so the scorecard tells the truth.

Three habits keep it current

1. When a text arrives: add the dog first if new, then add the appointment with time, van and groomer.
2. At the end of a groom: set Status to Done, tick Paid, and make the next repeat booking before leaving.
