For help with MockShell, contact [email protected]. Include the device model, iOS version, App version, the workflow you were using, and a short description of what happened. Do not send private media unless it is necessary for troubleshooting.
Common fixes
- Media is missing: use the Photos or Files picker again and confirm that the selected item is available offline.
- The camera or motion workflow does not start: open iOS Settings and allow Camera and Motion & Fitness access for MockShell, then reopen the workflow.
- An export is not visible: check the destination selected in the export sheet and the Photos permission. Large video exports may take a moment to finish.
- A Pro template is locked: open the membership screen, confirm the plan shown by the App Store, or choose Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.
- A project is not listed: check My Projects on the home screen. Projects are stored locally, so deleting the App or clearing its data can remove them.
Membership help
MockShell subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. To cancel or change a subscription, open your Apple Account subscription settings. The lifetime purchase is charged once and does not renew. For a purchase that does not appear, use Restore Purchases in the App and verify the Apple Account used for the transaction.
