Conversation Designer with 4+ years of experience designing chatbots and voicebots in Arabic (including local dialects) and English. I work with both rule-based and NLU-based solutions, and I have created over 30 flowcharts to map conversation logic and user journeys. I also build interactive chatbot experiences with images, buttons, and tables for a smooth and user-friendly experience.
