Moshilin is an innovative language learning platform operated by SafeKids ("SafeKids," "we," "us," or "our"). We attach great importance to your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Policy is intended to address the requirements of multiple privacy frameworks, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and other applicable data protection laws. Where a specific law grants you rights beyond what is described generally below, that law controls for residents of that jurisdiction.

Part One: Definitions

• User: Any individual or organization that registers, logs in, uses, browses, or obtains services under this Policy.
• Personal Information / Personal Data: Any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific person or reflect their activities.
• Moshilin: The software program (Application) provided by the Company.
• Data Controller: SafeKids, which determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Information.
• Processor: A third party that processes Personal Information on our behalf and under our instructions (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics providers).

Part Two: Universal Consent

By accessing Moshilin via any authentication method (Social Login, XRPL Wallet, etc.) or as a guest, you fully understand and accept this Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using Moshilin immediately.

1. Information We Collect

1. Account Registration & Identification: Device codes (MAC, IMEI, Android ID, etc.), social login identifiers (Privy, Facebook, Google), nicknames, avatars, gender, age, nationality, and phone number for legal compliance.
2. Network & Security: Device model, OS, browser, IP address, GPS location (with consent), and WLAN access points to prevent fraud.
