Common topics

Camera and pose tracking

MotionLens uses your device camera to detect body keypoints and count exercise repetitions in real time. Camera video is processed on device and is not saved by default.

Subscription and purchases

MotionLens subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Restore purchases

If you purchased MotionLens Pro and it does not appear as active, open the membership page in the app and use Restore Purchases.

MotionLens is designed to process workout camera frames on device. For more details, please refer to the MotionLens Privacy Policy.
