The first/main installation can optionally act as the Guardian Node: authoritative identity, encrypted memory, goals, skills and sync coordinator.
Possible Guardian locations:
The system must not require a Guardian server for single-device use.
Setup can generate a short-lived pairing key or QR code for local/remote devices. Each successfully paired device receives its own permanent device identity. Devices must be individually revocable.
Separate person profiles from device profiles.
Example: User A → Phone, User B → PC, User C → Laptop, Primary User → Desktop + Laptop.
Each person receives their own user memory, relationship history, accessibility settings, goals and private skills.
Shared knowledge such as smart-home device names, family calendar or printer details must be explicitly shared rather than inferred from another person's private profile.
