Hello everyone, happy to inform you that today, May 13th in the afternoon—during my joint holiday—my account is finally back in my hands. Thanks to everyone. It took just three weeks of uncertainty, one megathread, and a million mentions to finally poke the giant awake from their beauty sleep.
This follows the incident I recently experienced involving an internal hacking accusation I made—something they’ll never clarify anyway, despite my email requesting an explanation of what actually happened. These past few weeks have been nothing but awful and filled with dread, fearing that my data might be misused by someone with no legitimate access. With everything that has happened, trust has been lost, and I’m not going back to their shithole system.
I’m thankful to everyone for the advice, support, and for sharing your experiences under my thread the other day. I can’t thank you all enough. I read all of your mentions and I will try to reply as helpful as I can.
Before all the drama started, to be fair, I had already given them the benefit of the doubt. I asked them to clarify what happened in my first email on April 22, 2025. Three days passed—still no response. That’s when I privately told them they needed to respond quickly or I’d take this public—something I was really trying to avoid in the first place. But they didn’t budge, and I ran out of options.
On my busiest days, I kept writing and drafting everything as clearly and carefully as possible, making sure not to trigger any ITE laws—you know how those things usually turn out. By the May, my thread was ready.
In less than 3 hours after my thread went up on “Komunitas Marah-Marah,” my email ticket was finally responded to. They left me unanswered for more than 2 weeks, and suddenly—there’s a reply, and somewhat fast, too. In the middle of the night (00:43 WIB). Coincidence? I don’t think so. I’m honestly getting tired of this “no viral, no justice” nonsense I’ve had to endure.
They informed me that my case was ready for escalation. And in less than 24 hours after that, they confirmed the issue “was real” (no kidding team), and agreed to compensate me for my losses. (They haven’t).
Though of course—they only would compensate the money. Not the time I lost, not the stress, not anything else. Just money. That’s all it meant to them.
Today, on May 13th, I tried logging into my account again—and it finally worked!
