Who I am

Solo founder, former restaurant manager (6 years running the floor of a busy trattoria). Non-technical: I build with a freelance developer and no-code tools.

What I'm working on

Staff-scheduling app for independent restaurants

A simple app that builds the weekly staff rota and handles shift swaps over WhatsApp. Pre-seed, self-funded. 6 paying restaurants at 39 € per location per month, including the 2 original pilots. My personal network is now used up: the next customers will be strangers.

Goals for the next 6-12 months

• Reach 30 paying restaurants by next summer, beyond my own network.
• Hire my first salesperson (part-time, someone from hospitality) and hand over what works.
• Raise a small pre-seed round now that I have paying customers.
