Welcome to MyNow (the “App”, “we”, or “us”). MyNow provides speaking practice, on-device transcription, optional live structure guidance, and optional AI-generated speech review.
Please read these Terms of Use before downloading, installing, opening, or continuing to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you obtained the App through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and applicable Apple rules also apply. If these Terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple rules, the mandatory law or Apple rules control.
1.1 MyNow lets you choose a practice topic and target duration, speak into the microphone, view live transcription, and review the structure of your speech.
1.2 When AI is configured, MyNow may send text and locally calculated speech context to the AI endpoint you choose to generate live structure guidance and a speech review. Audio is transcribed on the device and is not sent to the AI endpoint by MyNow.
1.3 Without an AI provider, the App can provide a transcript-first practice mode. AI scores, suggestions, and model answers are not available when the required AI request is not completed.
1.4 Some features require microphone and speech-recognition permissions. If you deny or later disable a required permission, the related feature may not work.
1.5 We may update, adjust, suspend, or discontinue features based on product experience, system capabilities, legal requirements, or App Store requirements. Meaningful changes may be described in an App update, in the App, or on related pages.
2.1 If you comply with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control.
2.2 The App is for lawful personal or internal use. Without our written consent, you may not resell, rent, sublicense, provide the App as a hosted service, use it for automated bulk processing, or use it outside the normal purpose of a speaking-practice tool.
2.3 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, maliciously modify the App, bypass system permission limits, inject malicious code, scrape interfaces, interfere with normal operation, or otherwise harm the App, us, or third parties.
2.4 All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by us or the relevant rights holders.
3.1 You are responsible for the topics, speech, text, and other material that you enter, speak, save, send, or share through the App.
3.2 You must comply with applicable law and respect other people’s privacy, portrait rights, reputation, copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, and other lawful rights. Do not record or submit another person’s speech or confidential information without the permission required by law.
3.3 You must not use the App to create, store, send, or share unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, violent, terrorist, child-harming, or otherwise unlawful content.
3.4 The App does not actively review or moderate your speech content. You are responsible for your decisions about what to say, what to send to an AI provider, what to save, and what to share.
