g) for a Service Class 23 Premises:
An installation that includes additional in-home wiring carried out by the carriers installer only during a professional installation, beyond what is required to perform a professional installation.
For example, this includes:
a) cases where, due to unavailability of a power point or End User request, a HNG is installed in a different room from, or more than 1.5 metres from, the NBN connection box (where supplied); or
b) the End User requires wiring beyond the Network Boundary.
These in-home wiring services are offered on a fee-for-service basis by the carrier and will be carried out where time permits.
