NBN Services carry no guarantee of speed. However, if the Customer does not achieve the speeds set out below for each NBN access technology type and speed profile at least once during a twenty-four hour period then a Service Difficulty may be logged.

The specified download and upload transmission rates, including where expressed as a range, are the maximum throughput and the Service may reach that transmission rate, or a rate within that range, only once during a twenty-four hour period.
