What we don't collect

We don't track you. There are no analytics tools, no ads, and no code from other companies.

The app contains no third-party SDKs.

What stays on your device

What Where
Tasks Title · dates · importance · time needed · tags · notes. On this iPhone only
Settings Things like work hours, defaults, and tag colors
Activity log What was tapped and when. Only the last three days are kept; older entries are deleted. Task titles are never recorded
Notion token Only if you connect Notion. Stored only in this iPhone's Keychain

When you delete the app, everything above is removed from your iPhone with it.

Two things that can leave your device

Both happen only when you choose to. Nothing is sent automatically.

① When you choose to store tasks in Notion

If you connect Notion in Settings, your tasks are uploaded to your own Notion workspace.

<aside> 🔑

We can't see that content. The token the app uses is one you created, and it's kept only in this iPhone's Keychain. There's no server of ours in between.

From then on, Notion's privacy policy also applies.

② When you send a problem report

Tapping Settings → Feedback and problems → Report a problem opens an email draft with the last three days of activity log attached.

<aside> 📬

Nothing is sent until you tap Send. If you close the draft, nothing leaves your device.

The log contains no task titles — only counts, which quadrant, and time needed.

We use the email only to fix that problem, and delete it once we're done.
