Nemiqo (“the app”) is developed by Hlib Chabanenko (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app and its service providers process, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Summary

• Nemiqo has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
• Your learning progress, language preferences, reminder settings, and onboarding status are stored locally on your device.
• Purchases and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card or billing details.
• Nemiqo uses Adapty, a third-party subscription and attribution service provider, to process limited technical, subscription-related, and advertising-attribution information.
• Nemiqo may use anonymous identifiers and campaign data to understand which advertising campaigns lead to installs, trials, and subscriptions.
• Nemiqo does not display advertising in the app or sell personal information.
• Attribution information is used to measure campaign performance, not to personalize advertising shown inside Nemiqo.

Information stored on your device

Nemiqo stores the following information locally on your device:

• your selected learning language;
• completed scenes and learning progress;
• reminder preferences and reminder time;
• onboarding status;
• locally cached subscription status.

This information is used only to provide the app’s features. Your learning progress and settings are not sent to us or to Adapty.

Deleting Nemiqo removes this locally stored information from your device.
