A No-Call occurs when an official determines no illegal action affected the play. No calls help:

• Prevent over-officiating
• Maintain game flow

Just because there is a no call does not mean that no illegal contact occured on the play. There can be illegal contact that occurs on every play, but it is up to the official to use their judgement to determine if the illegal contact had a meaningful impact on the game.
