📌 How This Works

Every member has an Accountability Tracker. Points are added for activity and deducted for delays/inactivity.

Everyone is equally responsible — no exceptions, including LEADS.

⭐ Points System

+1 Points

• Sharing event posts (IG story, LinkedIn repost, WhatsApp status)
• Liking, commenting, and supporting team content
• Registering on Luma (Notion)
• Bringing event registrations (each = +1)
• Completing individual tasks
• Attending meetings (on time)

+2 Points

• Event presence & fulfilling role on event day

⚠️ Deductions

• Delay beyond 12 hours: –1
• Not reacting to task messages: –1
• Missing meetings without reason: –2
