1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using NutriaBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App NutriaBox is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Health Disclaimer NutriaBox provides nutritional information and calorie estimates for general wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

4. Accuracy of Information We strive to provide accurate nutritional data, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Nutritional values are estimates and may vary based on preparation methods, portion sizes, and product variations.

5. Subscriptions & Payments NutriaBox offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Available plans: Monthly (€5.99/month) and Yearly (€44.99/year). Prices may vary by region.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• We do not store or have access to your payment information. All transactions are handled securely by Apple or Google.

6. AI-Generated Content AI-generated meal plans, analyses, and responses may contain inaccuracies. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

7. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code within NutriaBox are the property of NutriaBox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriaBox shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; health outcomes; data loss; or financial decisions made based on app content. You use the app at your own risk.

9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to NutriaBox at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
