Capture today in an orb. Launch it into your universe.
ONOOL is a crystal ball camera. Every moment you keep becomes an orb you can hold and spin, and every orb flies up into a universe of your own as a planet.
The camera screen is black. Camera access is off. Turn it on in Settings > ONOOL > Camera.
Video orbs have no sound. Turn on Settings > ONOOL > Microphone. Without it, videos are recorded silently.
Saving to Photos doesn't work. Allow at least "Add Photos Only" in Settings > ONOOL > Photos.
I don't see the Dual button. Dual appears only on iPhones that can use the front and back cameras at once (iPhone XS, XR and later). Other iPhones can shoot in Single.
How do I share to Instagram? Tap Share in the orb viewer to open an Instagram story. Instagram must be installed. Photo orbs go as a short video of the orb turning once, and the ONOOL logo sticker can be moved or removed.
How long can a note be? Up to 40 characters. A note circles the orb and its planet in your universe.
How do I delete an orb (planet)? Tap Delete at the bottom of the orb viewer, or press and hold an orb in the grid view of My Universe.
How do I remove the sample planets? Tap the Remove Samples button at the top of My Universe. Planets you captured or launched yourself stay.
How many photos can I launch at once? Up to 20 at a time. To add more, launch them in a few batches.
What happens to my orbs on a new iPhone? Orbs are stored only on your iPhone. If you set up the new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, they come with it. Deleting the app deletes its orbs too.
Do I need an account or an internet connection? No. There is no account, and everything works offline except Instagram sharing.
