One experiment identity now has a canonical machine-readable path through the full Mini AI Labs Octet. The packet fixes experiment identity, declaration, scoring rules, stage order, evidence metadata and hash lineage before the final score.

Horizon must be bound before Wave. Horizon emits the prospective prediction. Mnemosyne records forecast_sha256 = SHA256(canonical Horizon payload) before Wave can advance the packet. Wave then evolves or perturbs the carrier. Identity evaluates persistence after the change. SPECTRA_REVEAL independently remeasures the realized target. SCORE applies only the rules frozen in the original declaration.

experiment_id does not change across stages. The packet also preserves declaration_hash, input_hash, ordered stage records, stage versions, source references, evidence classes, diagnostics, output hashes, previous-stage hashes and a packet-level parent/hash chain.
Each stage computes

so changing a payload, stage order or predecessor linkage breaks verification.
