This document is a living record of my work — not a resume, but a full account of what I have done, how I think, and what I am building. It exists for hiring teams, grant committees, collaborators, and anyone who wants to understand not just what I did, but why it mattered.

1. Who I Am

My name is Olabowale Babalola Israel. I am a multidisciplinary Web3 operator from Nigeria. I write, I build communities, I run operations, and I find ways to grow things — not because those are my job titles, but because all of those things are expressions of the same instinct: I want to understand how systems work, and then I want to make those systems work better for people.
