Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer

Femme Palette is looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of our development work. This is a part-time role for someone who enjoys hands-on development, wants to grow their technical skills, and is comfortable taking responsibility for coordinating and supporting a small development team.

You will work closely with our team to develop, maintain, and improve Femme Palette's platform, contributing across the full development lifecycle - from front-end and back-end development to testing, deployment, and troubleshooting infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

You will also help coordinate the work of two other developers, ensuring that projects move forward smoothly and that the team stays aligned on priorities and deadlines.

About the role

• Part-time: 10–20 hours per week

• Technologies: TypeScript, Angular, Python, Django, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, GitLab CI/CD, AWS
• Team: You will coordinate the work of two other developers and collaborate closely with the wider Femme Palette team

What you will be responsible for:

Full-Stack Development

• Develop and maintain features across our platform using TypeScript, Python, Django, and REST APIs
• Build and maintain front-end applications and intuitive user interfaces
• Work with relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL
• Design, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with our design and development team to deliver high-quality product features
