Problem Statement:

The existing onboarding process lacked standardization and clear ownership, resulting in delays, duplicated work, and confusion for new hires. Tasks were scattered across tools and communicated informally, making it difficult to track progress or measure success. This resulted in slower ramp-up times, repeated questions from new hires, and increased operational overhead for managers.
