We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead nationwide operations and manage approximately 100 technicians across Myanmar. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, service quality, customer satisfaction, and effective collaboration across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Role

• Manage and coordinate all operational activities and technical teams across Myanmar.
• Ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across all business locations.
• Build strong relationships with clients by participating in key meetings with the CRM Team and resolving operational concerns across Myanmar.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CRM, QA, HR, Admin, Training, Scheduling, M&E, Store and Inventory teams in operational-related matters.
• Lead and oversee the execution of major operational projects across Myanmar.
• Visit all bases at least once/annum.

Overseeing role

• Oversee Operations-Office Team with respect to all matters relating to staff accommodation, personnel movement and transfers.

Job Requirements

Experience

8–10 years or more of experience, preferably in operations-related functions, with 5–6 years of proven experience in a leadership/management role
