Download the outbound zip file and extract the file to access the Claude Code skills. Then install the skills on your local Claude Code.

Run these steps in order for each new client:

1. Build the ICP Run the icp-builder skill. It researches the brand, competitors, and market signals, then saves the ICP to clients/[brand-name]/[brand-name]_ICP.md.
2. Build the lead list (manual) Using the ICP as your targeting criteria, build the lead list in Clay. This step isn't automated — no skill for it.
3. Enrich emails Export the Clay lead list as a CSV, then run prospeo-csv-enrich. It verifies emails via Prospeo's bulk enrichment and splits results into matched and unmatched files.
4. Draft the email campaign Run instantly-draft-campaign with the enriched CSV. This creates the campaign, assigns senders, and uploads leads in Instantly — but leaves it in draft, not active.
5. Draft the LinkedIn campaign Run heyreach-draft-campaign with the same enriched CSV. This creates the list, uploads leads, and sets up the campaign in HeyReach — also left as draft, not started.

• Each skill's SKILL.md file is the exact spec Claude follows — check there for details on a specific step.
• Skills live in ~/.claude/skills/ for actual use; this repo is just the source-of-truth/version control.
• Both campaign steps are draft-only by design — you review and activate manually afterward.
