As I (Healsha) exclusively play an Ironman, the following guides appeal to ironmen primarily but are usable by all account types. I’m also a big fan of seeing guides for complicated content from multiple ‘teachers’ as different styles may appeal to different people. I also think it’s important that guides for ‘easy’ content don’t overcomplicate it. I found that most OSRS guides have a tendency to make things harder than it needs to be, to make content seem more unapproachable, and cause confusion. Guides for low level content should be short and sweet. There’s no reason for a new player to watch a 30-minute dagannoth kings guide, as an example.

I also believe that it’s important to learn good habits early on in your PVM journey, and to learn lots of methods for different content as skills are often transferrable. For example, learning how to solo GWD bosses has some transferable skills to many parts of the game. Learning how to off tick the minions not only saves you supplies and makes it easier to heal up between kills, but it teaches you how to flick between prayers for content such as inferno, colosseum, or doom. The tick perfect movement required likewise teaches you skills used for solo Olm in chambers or melee Yama strategies.

I will bold the ones I used when I was learning content, but will include some from other creators in case their style lines up better for people.

Some generally good content creators with good guides of varying styles.

Redeyejedi - notably, his DT2 and Araxxor guides are all extremely good.

Gnomonkey, Aatkykon, Molgoatkirby - All content creators of varying levels of popularity that all cover endgame content and methods. All three will see significant reference throughout the document.

GeChallengeM - the GWD GOAT. Other guides may have their methods in them, but are often incorrect or overcomplicate things. Their guides are short, simple, to the point by the person who discovered the methods

QuickOSRS - Not as good as some of the others, but true to his name. Guides are short and direct.

Extile - Short, informative, often requires a quick wiki search or looking at another guide to know what gear you need.

The oldschool wiki is the greatest wiki in the gaming community. So many methods, guides, videos, advice, and even dps calculators find their home here. Very good players often contribute to some of the more niche articles. Sure the wiki may often have nonoptimal gear/inventory setups, but it’s a good starting point if you don’t have any idea what you’re doing or need a quick refresher.
