Ownva ("the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles your data.

What data we collect. None. Ownva does not collect, transmit, or store your data on any remote server. The app has no accounts, sign-up, or login.

Where your data is stored. All information you enter (properties, tenants, payments, meter readings, photos, documents, notes) is stored solely locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer.

Sharing with third parties. None. The app uses no advertising networks, analytics, or third-party data-collection SDKs.

Backups. You may export your data to a file yourself using the export feature and store it wherever you choose. Managing such files is your responsibility.

Data deletion. Data is removed when you delete the app from your device or use the in-app deletion features.

Children. The app is not intended to collect data about children and does not collect data about anyone.

Changes. If this policy changes, we will update this document and the date above.
